Earliest Christian Reformed Congregations, 1857-1889

I've tried to make this list as accurate and complete as possible. Since the CRC effected full merger with the True Dutch Reformed Church in 1890, 1889 makes a logical place to end this list.

Congregations in red type are those which seceded from the Reformed Church in America (RCA). Those in blue type were formed by people who left the RCA to form new congregations.
