Appendix
Canadian Communities Served by Dutch Reformed Congregations
This list of communities with Dutch reformed congregations does not list every congregation. The CRC has multiple churches in several Canadian cities. The Canadian Reformed has three congregations in Burlington and two in Edmonton; the RCA has two churches in Calgary. RCA congregations marked (from UCC) were received from the United Church of Canada. Organization dates for OCRCs are estimated based on secessions from CRC congregations. Congregations marked URC may not be called United Reformed, instead using their name from before federation (often Independent CRC or Orthodox Reformed).
